Nova Scotia Selects

Fundraising

In order to offset the costs that are associated with playing Spring Hockey the Nova Scotia Selects provide several fundraising opportunities for families to use if needed.

Players are able to have custom sponsor bars made for the back of their jerseys. These sponsors are sold by the parents and the money that is collected for the Jersey Sponsorship is applied directly to the players tuition. Receipts will be issued to any Sponsor upon receiving a request from the family. All cheques should be made out to the Nova Scotia Selects.

Another fundraising option that is provided is an Auction. This has been quite successful in the past. The entire Selects Program (all teams) are able to participate in this function. It will be held on Saturday, March 20th at Brewsters Pub in Bedford. Each family that is interested in participating will collect donations from Businesses around and in their Communities. All money that is raised from the sale of goes directly towards that families tuition.
